I purchased this set for My Sister. She has a lot of parties where everyone drinks themselves silly. When she opened it up and saw the shape, I told her I had one condition along with the gift. I asked her not to use them at the beginning of the party but to bring them out after her guests were a bit sloshed. Hoping of course they would notice the shape. I asked my Sister to completely deny that these glasses were "curved" when asked about them...making the person/persons believe they were a lot more tipsy than they thought. First time she did this, she said it was hilarious and they had more fun than usual that night.
